At MUSCLE MATRIX SPORTS THERAPY, my sports massage services, bring relief by way of using heated tools, MET techniques, tigger point and stretching positions among other techniques designed for particular needs. Whether you need a quick treatment to alleviate muscle tension or a more intensive session to enhance your athletic performance, I am here to help.

Remedial and Deep Tissue Swedish Massage

My remedial massages and deep tissue Swedish massages are designed to target specific areas of discomfort and tension. These treatments help to release tight muscles, improve circulation, and promote overall well-being. Each session is tailored to address your unique needs and concerns.

Aromatherapy Massage

Indulge in a soothing aromatherapy massage with high quality scented organic oils of your choice from Neal's Yard. This treatment combines the benefits of massage with the calming effects of essential oils, providing a deeply relaxing experience that rejuvenates both the body and mind.

Initial Consultation


  • One off payment of £5.00 for initial consultation
  • Aromatherapy Treatments carries a £5.00 Supplementation 
  • Hot Stone and Tool Massage carries no extra cost!


Massage sessions 


  • 20-minute Lunch Break De-stress £15 (Back neck and shoulders)
  • 30-minutes £25
  • 40-minutes £35
  • 60-minute Full body massage: £50
  • 90- minute Full body massage: £70

Personalised Massage Experiences

All massages are tailored to your individual needs and will be assessed during the consultation stage. Each massage can be customised as a hot stone, aromatherapy, sports, or Swedish massage for relaxation. 

We also use hot tool equipment for some sports massage techniques.
